Books...

You know you've read a good book when you turn the last page and feel a little as if you have lost a friend.

~Paul Sweeny

Okay, so I love reading!! Here is a list of some of my favorite books (and series, a lot of them are series):

-The Wormling

-Red Rock Mysteries

-The Giver

-The Mysterious Benedict Society

-Three Black Swans

-Percy Jackson

-Liar and Spy (I wasn't sure at first glance but I loved the ending! What a surprise!)

-Heaven is for Real

-Anne of Green Gables

-I'm probably forgetting some of the most important ones....just like me:) But I'll stop here :)

Oh, and if you have a list of good books I 'd love to see it!!

Beach, and dance outreach!

Yeah! There isn't much to explain except that we (my family and my grandparents) went to the beach and I took lots of pictures☺. Where we stayed (Angola by the Bay) we also went to an inlet off the bay a couple times.
Often times we biked there

Just sitting and relaxing, or reading, or whatever
Jellyfish! Yes, it looks a little bigger than it was...

We also went crabbing (but we didn't keep any...they weren't big enough)

They inlet was amazing, but there isn't anything quite like the beach☺ We did have to drive 20 minutes to get there, but that's better than 2 1/2 hours!

reading on the beach! I was rereading one of the books from the series The Mysterious Benedict Society....they are on my list of favorite books! I definitely recommend them!

nothing like the feel of the water first hitting your feet!!!!!!!!!!
 Erika boogie boarding!

an inchworm we found on our last morning there!

The little VW bug my dad made for me! My destination: The ocean!!!!
Drive in love☺

phew! That was a lot of pictures☺.

And to finish off our vacation Erika and I took part in a dance outreach in Philadelphia! It was great! Our group performed five dances and then led mini dance classes for kids that wanted to dance.

~Biking! We biked to my great grandparents today and I observed closely so I could write these few sentences!

A good day biking = The sun on your face, but with a breeze blowing through your hair. Going over tiny bumps with pleasure, and the awesome feeling of conquering the hill! Seeing your shadow and other shadows. Saying HI when other bikers pass! Gorging your eyes on the beauty...The fields, the trees, the nice houses. Seeing the sun set.

Three Black Swans

Black Swans:
Events that are hugely important, rare and unpredictable, and explainable only after the fact.
This is a really good book, I definitely recommend it! You can look on youtube for a summary, if you type in the authors name and the book title. (How do you put a web address on so you can just click on it? Do you just type it regular? Someone please tell me:)).
I know how now! Click here to see the summary!
